Milan Fashion Week day 1
9:02En el post de hoy os voy a dar mi opinión sobre las nuevas propuestas de los diseñadores más significantes desde mi punto de vista del primer día de la Milán fashion week: Gucci, Roberto Cavalli y Alberta Ferretti. Ninguna de las tres marcas me han dejado indiferente, y ya sea para mal o para bien, tengo algo que decir sobre todas.
In today's post I'll give my opinion on the new proposals of the most significant designers from my point of view the first day of the Milan fashion week: Gucci, Roberto Cavalli and Alberta Ferretti.None of the three brands have left me indifferent, and whether for better or worse, I have something to say about them all.
Quisiera comenzar por Gucci si no os importa, y para no andarnos con tonterías, con el vestido que en cuanto vi por primera vez solté: YA HE ENCONTRADO EL FAVORITO. Es un vestido que lo tiene todo: color, tela plisada, volantes y ese toque Gucci en el pecho que es un corazón con iniciales.
Otro vestido largo que he querido seleccionar es este bicolor porque aunque sea un diseño muy básico con el triángulo de oro blanco, negro y rojo, el detalle de las mangas es lo que hace al vestido diferente.
Let me begin by Gucci if you don't mind, and not beating about the nonsense, the dress which as I saw for the first time, I blurted out: I ALREADY HAVE FOUND THE FAVORITE ONE. It is a dress that has it all: color, pleated fabric, ruffles and a touch Gucci on the chest which is a heart with initials.
Another long dress that I wanted select is the bicolor one because even a very basic design with white, black and red, sleeves detail is what makes the dress different.
Mi selección de vestido a media pierna han sido los siguientes por la misma razón: los colores. El diseño azul es ochentero total (peinado incluido) con ese toque moderno dejando un hombro al aire y cubriendo el otro con una especie de hombrera compuesta por un volante, mientras que el rosa es un poco más discreto en cuanto a forma se refiere y lo que se lleva todo el protagonismo es el estampado y esa simulación de camisa de gasa en el escote.
My selection of dress half leg were as follows for the same reason: the colors. Blue design is totally 80s (hairstyle included) with the modern touch leaving a shoulder in the air and covering the other with a sort of pad composed of a wheel, while pink one is a little more discreet in terms of form concerns and what takes the leading role is the pattern and the simulation chiffon shirt at the neckline.
Si tengo que hablar sobre los trajes de esta colección me voy a decantar por estos dos conjuntos que me han maravillado absolutamente. El primero, en mi opinión, es bastante simple, pero son los detalles los que hacen de este conjunto algo único. Fijaos en el cinturón (icono de la marca), los collares (uno tan clásico y el otro tan vanguardista), las gafas de sol (que en mi opinión van a dar mucho juego en la próxima temporada), los míticos mocasines (esta vez con plataforma XXL)... y como no, la combinación de colores que ha le da armonía al conjunto. Sin embargo, el segundo habla por sí mismo y no le hace falta ningún tipo de complemento, pues las tachuelas y el bordado en las solapas de la chaqueta hace que el traje sea especial sin esfuerzo alguno.
If I have to talk about the suits in this collection, I'll decant by these two outfits that have absolutely amazed me. The first, in my opinion, is quite simple, but the details are what make this outfit unique. Look at the belt (brand icon), necklaces (one so classic and the other so avant-garde), sunglasses (which in my opinion will give much play in the next season), the mythical moccasins (this time platform XXL) ... and of course, the color combination that has gives harmony to the outfit. However, the second speaks by itself and doesn't need any complement, because the studs and embroidery on the lapels makes the suit without any special effort.
Las propuestas de Roberto Cavalli para la primavera\verano del 2017 me han horrorizado, por eso mismo he decidido no escoger ningún look, sencillamente porque ninguno me ha convencido lo suficiente como para seleccionarlo y ponerlo en el blog. Me explico: yo soy una persona muy clásica con gustos muy clásicos, y en Cavalli se ha apostado por algo muy bohemio y relajado, con muchos estampados y texturas. No digo que esté mal, pero como no entra en mi forma de vestir e incluso de actuar pues he decido no hacer nada. No obstante, os voy a dejar un video del desfile por si alguien quiere saciar su curiosidad y comprobar por sí mismo de lo que estoy hablando.
Roberto Cavalli proposals for spring \ summer 2017 have horrified me, that is why I decided not to choose any look, simply because no one has convinced me enough to select it and put it on the blog. I mean, I am a very traditional person with very classic tastes, and Cavalli has opted for something very bohemian and relaxed, with many patterns and textures. I'm not saying it's wrong, but as it doesn't come into the way I dress and even act, I decided to do nothing. However, I'll leave a video of the fashion show if someone wants to satisfy their curiosity and see for themselves what I'm talking about.
Para hablar de Alberta Ferretti hay que ponerse serios, y es que esta vez ha creado maravillas pomposas con detalles estratégicos. Comencemos por los largos plisados con volantes y tres cinturones, sí señor, tres cinturones. Estos dos largos podrían haber sido de lo más básicos, nadie queda fascinado por un vestido negro que ya está más que visto o una falda morada, sin embargo, al meterle los TRES cinturones ya la cosa cambia, el look cobra un sentido y una forma completamente diferente que te hace quererlo.
To talk about Alberta Ferretti have to get serious, and this time has created pompous wonders with strategic details. Let's start with long pleated ruffles and three belts designs, yes sir, three belts designs. These two long designs could have been very basic, nobody is fascinated by a black dress that is already more than seen or a purple skirt, nevertheless to shove the three belts things change, the look takes on a meaning and a form completely different that makes you want it.
Los diseños de los que voy a hablar a continuación son completamente diferentes, uno largo y el otro corto, uno es un total black look sin complemento alguno y el otro tiene un toque de color con encaje y cinturón. El primer look me gusta porque algunos dirían que es básico y aburrido, pero yo le encuentro un potencial increíble con tanto volante por todos lados. El segundo look es más propio de una noche de verano en Santorini que de una pasarela, y lo digo por la ligereza que desprende. Me gusta mucho que los cinturones formen parte del contraste entre la camisa negra tupida y la falda azul turquesa con transparencias
The designs of which I'll talk about are completely different from each other, one long and one short, one is a total black look no complement and the other has a touch of color with lace and belt. I like the first look because some would say it is basic and boring, but I find incredible potential with so much steering wheel everywhere. The second look is more typical of a summer night in Santorini than of a runway, and I say it because of lightness that it shows. I really like that the belts are part of the contrast between thick black shirt and turquoise skirt with transparencies.
